Payment and Shipping

The following terms and conditions apply:

Products are shipped worldwide.

Shipping Costs (including VAT)

Domestic Deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat rate of €7.00 per order for shipping. International Deliveries: 24,90 € , within Europe 12,00 €

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, domestic deliveries (Germany) are made within 10 - 21 working days, and international deliveries within 10 - 29 working days from the conclusion of the contract (if prepayment agreement is made, following the date of the payment instruction). Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery dates, we will ship the items together in one delivery unless a different agreement has been made. The delivery date for the entire order will be the same as that of the item with the longest delivery time.

Further Details on Payment

When paying via SEPA direct debit, you authorize us by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate to debit the invoice amount from the specified account.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit collection. Please ensure that there are sufficient funds in your account on the announced date.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account is charged at the time of contract conclusion. For any questions, please contact the contact details mentioned in the imprint.
