If you cannot see clearly with your mask, we replace the lenses free of charge until your vision is right. This also covers ordering, transcription or prescription errors, regardless of who supplied the incorrect values.
If a mask you ordered from us does not fit comfortably, we exchange it, including your prescription lenses, for a better-fitting model. Even after custom glazing.
If your prescription lenses come loose from the mask within five years, send it back to us. We re-bond the lenses free of charge.
The stated delivery time is our standard lead time. Enter your preferred delivery date when ordering so we can check and agree it with you. Express production in 9–12 days is available for an extra charge. Need it sooner? Please contact us directly, ideally via WhatsApp.
